1:1 and small group mat and reformer/cadillac pilates classes for all abilities in Kingsbridge, Devon and surrounding villages. Friendly, relaxed instruction with Aimie, trained in Laguna Beach, California in the Basi style.
ABOUT ME
Aimie believes in total wellness, and has a firm stance that health is from the inside out- She brings the laid back and positive outlook of sunny California to South Devon.
In the summer of 2019 Aimie completed her comprehensive teacher training through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in Southern California. Since then she has undertaken several courses.
Pink ribbon certificate- recovery after breast cancer.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Course,
and taken workshops on
shoulder solutions,
and exercising after a hip replacement .
REFORMERÂ CLASSES
littlehummingbirdpilates has a small studio with Reformer and Cadillac.
A Pilates Reformer and Cadillac is a large piece of specialised Pilates equipment with straps, springs and gears. It is capable of both challenging you and assisting you, depending on how it is set up. The highly flexible nature of the machines means you can set it up to suit your specific needs - meaning all the work you do on it will be highly effective for you. If you are familiar with Pilates in a matwork setting, you are going to love working on a Pilates Reformer!
